Our Value Exchange Trade-Off Boundary (VETOB) Training offerings aim to educate participants on the VETOB model's operation in real-life business environments. Sample descriptions of various training modules that may be used in a generic training program may be viewed here.
Training can be tailored for client-specific business environments and audiences. In tailored sessions, participants are trained on those specific strategies and tactics that most closely relate to the VETOB model elements that drive pricing and value capture in their particular markets (while less applicable VETOB model elements are discussed in less detail).
